A year after forming ValStone Partners in 1998, the principals formed ValStone Asset Management (VAM)—a fully integrated asset servicing platform that manages assets acquired by ValStone Partners-managed investment funds.
Since its formation, VAM has serviced, restructured or resolved over 3,000 commercial and industrial loans and bonds, with outstanding balances ranging from less than $100,000 to over $70 million.
VAM operates out of offices in both Birmingham, Michigan and Baltimore, Maryland.
