Ben Fry joined ValStone Partners as an Associate in November 2023. Prior to joining ValStone, he held several roles at General Motors, where he worked in sales and marketing and corporate strategy. Post graduate school, Mr. Fry joined the investments team at Welltower, where he focused on senior housing real estate transactions and portfolio asset management.

With a strong background in finance, accounting, operations, and sales and marketing, Mr. Fry focuses on senior housing acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management at ValStone.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and earned his MBA with a concentration in real estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
